Perfect for those on their journey into motherhood. 1:1 sessions follow up to date guidelines and use specialist knowledge to make safe adaptations for all stages of pregnancy, including the fourth trimester, after birth. Sessions are designed to help you feel nurtured and confident whilst you are pregnant and after your baby has arrived, allowing you to focus on yourself, which is often easier said than done as an expectant or new mother.
1:1 training sessions
Perfect for those who want to take a fresh approach to working out. Whether you are beginning your fitness journey, thinking of getting back to exercise after taking a break or simply need a shake-up of your well-established routine, your personal programme will be designed with only you in mind.
1:2 training sessions
Perfect for those who enjoy the social side of working out and would like the motivation from both a trainer and a friend, all in one hour. Sessions will be designed around your joint goals and will include a combination of flexibility, cardio and strength training to provide a full body workout. These sessions will be focussed around fun, support and positivity to raise endorphins and bounce off each other’s motivation.
