Louise Mullane

More About Me

My name is Louise Mullane and I am very excited to be able to offer the Real Birth Workshop to you during this very special time. I am a positive person and mum of two young children. Providing a supportive, relaxed and friendly experience is very important to me when providing you with support on your impending birth.

I am extremely passionate about the process of birth and discovering each expectant parent’s birth wishes and choices. Delivering up to date and evidence-based information is vital for you to be informed of all choices available to you. This workshop will provide you (and birth partner) with a depth of knowledge surrounding all stages of your birth, the confidence to trust in your own body and will empower (and excite) you to make the birth choices you wish for.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, many families have been unable to share experiences such as scans and appointments together. My aim is to ensure this does not happen in the provision of the Real Birth Workshop. Where possible, I will deliver classes face to face; however, I understand this may not always be possible. I will therefore be able to offer virtual sessions in addition.

I am also a qualified registered Dietitian with 14 years experience. In addition, to the Real Birth Workshop, I will be providing nutritional advice to mothers during pregnancy and following the birth of their baby. You can find out more information via:
