More About Me

Hi everyone! I’m Zoë. I am a mum of two and a Real Birth Teacher. I teach small group and private workshops, mainly in the Essex area.

I love teaching and have 15 years experience. My ambition to become a Real Birth Teacher originally came from my own antenatal journeys- two very different experiences which highlighted the importance of understanding your choices during labour and birth. My aim is that you leave your workshop feeling positive, empowered and confident, with the knowledge to birth YOUR way.
